Quickenings is a Soul-based leadership and coaching company specializing in training leaders in the new leadership paradigm, which is represented by purpose, entrepreneurship, self-direction and mindfulness. Currently we are developing a computer-game, a Jedi-Warrior Training Game, based on the Quickenings method and the seven levels of leadership, which will be marketed and sold to companies globally.

Quickenings was founded and is led by Lotta Alsén, an internationally renowned business and leadership coach. Lotta Alsén is also the President of the Swedish-American Chamber of Commerce Greater Los Angeles as well as one of the SoCal Chaper Leaders of 85 Broads, a global women’s leadership organization. She’s also a practicing intuitive.
