Tough love
This means that Quickenings expects a lot of its clients. The coach starts from the assumption that the client right now - has the inner capacity (or double the capacity!) which is needed to achieve their vision, dreams and goals. This results in them seeing themselves as capable of greatness, and thereby they become capable of that greatness. With this quickened self-image clients dare to go where they have not dared before.
Right-Brain Power
Until now, businesses have been run almost completely from the left brain hemisphere. That is no longer enough to compete. Today we need to master both brain-halves, and be able to create a balance in-between them. Quickenings operates from both brain-halves, but is inspired, guided and empowered by the right brain, which represents emotions, creativity, innovation and mindfulness. Clients working with Quickenings will learn to recognize and use their inner powers creating more empowered and balanced leaders, and agents of change who will go from wishful thinking to truly being the change they want to manifest.
Playful
Playfulnes is about engaging with the part of ourselves that can take a step back and be amused, instead of beating our heads against the wall when things aren’t going as we had planned. It’s also about being able to perceive and enjoy the mystery and magic, which is abundant in this world. Life is a game, you just have to know the rules and then stretch them!
Real
Being real is about being authentic and trustworthy. No spiritual coasting here. We walk the talk. Unless the coach IS the change she wants to support in others, there is no real substance. And without substance any change is just a superficial quick-fix not a sustainable, life-long quickening. Swedes are not known to be overly extroverted or jovial, but a quality we do possess is that we keep our promises, and call a spade a spade. With the Swedish origins of the brand, this is inherent in its DNA.
Inner Guidance
The fifth value underlying everything Quickenings does is the concept of inner guidance. Everyone is intuitive and everyone has an inner compass. Our job is to develop (or rather unearth) this capacity, start listening and most importantly, start acting upon the guidance we are given. Until we have grounded and centered our energy, we will always be at loss, constantly being pushed forwards and backwards seeking other people’s approval and we will never become fully grown. Hence, all the trainings, and inspiration provided by Quickenings incorporate centering exercises with a toolbox on how to develop your intuition, so that we can become the leaders and agents of change we are destined to be.
