Success, leadership, power and purpose have intrigued me for many years. What does it take for someone to step into her or his full potential? What is our purpose? How can we release the self-destructive behaviors that hold us back from what we really are meant to manifest? What tools do we need to become all that we can be?

I’ve coached hundreds of people, ranging from CEOs to artists to entrepreneurs. I’m also the creator of a leadership method that I created in Sweden, called CORE™. CORE™ was funded by the European Union and the Swedish government. Due to its success, where 2/3 of the participants started a company or were promoted, the program is now licensed and is spreading in Europe.

Last year, I created a coaching program for women leaders and entrepreneurs called The Heroine’s Journey. The Heroine’s Journey helps you awaken your inner power, while learning concrete tools on how to build and expand a successful business. You will also learn the most efficient ways of affecting your world in a positive way.

Today, my focus is entirely on bringing Quickenings to the business world, and we are now introducing the principles behind the Quickenings method to companies and organizations both here in the US and in Europe.

I met my first mentor, Gunnar Wessman, the former CEO of Pharmacia Upjohn, when I was 15 years old. Since then I’ve trained with many of the world’s foremost life and business coaches, while also learning from healers and spiritual leaders, as well as singing and acting coaches. Each one has contributed to bring me a bit further on my path. I will never, however, consider myself ‘ready’ or ‘complete’. I believe that learning is a lifestyle, and I plan to keep on growing for the rest of my life.
