BACKGROUND

We live in a time of exponentially increasing demands and expectations. No matter where we are on the career ladder, most of us feel that we are lacking. And this is particularly true for women. Paradoxically, we are entering an era where the right brain is upgraded and where traditional female qualities such as empathy, relationship-building and multi-tasking capability are increasingly in demand and critical to companies and countries for their continued competitiveness and survival. This coincides with the fact that more and more people, both as consumers and as employees and business owners, seek purpose, meaning and magic in our lives. Somewhere we realize we have what it takes in order to create a new existence with greater purpose, better balance and where we are more in sync with who we really are, and with our inner gifts. The question is: How do we get there?

Lotta Alsén, internationally renown business- and leadership coach as well as entrepreneur and leader, based in Los Angeles, is therefore launching a new leadership program based on the seven Chakras, our energy and power-centers in our bodies, that also control our mental, emotional and spiritual development. Quickenings Leadership Program consists of three parts; leadership, business and personal development and is a holistic training that includes individual coaching for each participant.

The program help you grow as a person, step by step, while you simultaneously develop your leadership capacity and learn how to grow your business (or the company you are working for) in a sustainable way.

A mastermind system where you are offered to be teamed up with another participant in the program, which will enable you to exchange ideas, have an accountability partner, tips on how to overcome obstacles and get inspiration.

Seven content-packed seminars which step by step guide you how to awaken your inner power as a person and as a leader, while you also learn seven steps for expanding your business.
